"Palm Spring Apartment, North Aye — Review This was the worst studio apartment experience I have had. It’s a complete waste of money and does not feel safe at all. The property looks shady and security is nearly nonexistent. The rooms were not clean upon arrival, and when I requested cleaning, the staff gave excuses instead of actually doing anything. The washroom was filthy, with missing drain pipes which led to water logging all over the bathroom floor. For ₹3500 a night, it’s not even worth ₹500. On top of that, there is an extra parking charge of about ₹200-400, which no one mentions up front. The view from the balcony—which they use to lure customers—is the only selling point, but it’s not worth falling for. Even the parking staff seemed dishonest, and the whole setup feels like a scam. Do not trust the photos or promises of a good view. The building itself doesn’t feel safe—I would strongly recommend avoiding this property and booking elsewhere."

"Worst rooms in high price, I booked a room here on 38 floor on my birthday and pay Rs.4000/- for a day and to be honest,I didn't stay for an hour in the room because of the condition as the washroom doesn't have jacuzzi which was the main reason to book a that room and the condition of the room you can see below in the images where you can find cockroach, wet floor, garbage in balcony, torn bedsheet and curtains, cutting wire, used scented candles, empty tissue box, broken massage chair without a flim projector which was also including in my bill and many more"
